DARA Coordinator (domestic assault response advocate)
Provides volunteer coordination and emergency response to victims of domestic and sexual violence at the secured
scene of the crime, hospital or law enforcement agency. Provides coordination and facilitation of meetings among
community partners for the STOP Grant. Understanding of dynamics of domestic and sexual violence as well as a
strong compassion for victims required. Knowledge of the criminal justice system strongly preferred.
BA/BS required. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Provides crisis intervention, case management and supportive counseling to victims of domestic and sexual violence,
and homeless women and children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Night and weekend shifts
available.
HS diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
